Forum version upgrade

Just letting you know that I just updated the forum software to latest version. If there's any issues let me know.

If you tried to access forums in last few minutes and had an error, you can blame me. :)

EDIT: Oh, and it was a security and bug update, so it shouldn't affect our life that much.
