You are allowed to enter with a team that played maximum 5 games in the official cabavision champion ladder.
Be carefull any win by disconnection count for two games.

Just to clarify, does this mean that I can play up to 4 (just to be be safe) games with the team that I have said I will play with in the New Ogham league?

You can play 5 games currently in that one competition. If you really want to play that team then you don't play that 5th allowed game because win by disconnect would take you to 6.
Of course disconnects aren't that common so you might get 5 proper games. But it can happen. But of it happens you could always delete team and play new 5 games if you have time.
