I am very sorry about this, but unfortunately some urgent business has come up, and I will not be able to play our game at Thursday 21.00. Is it possible for you to play sometime in the weekend?

Don't worry, it can happen.
I can play either :
- Friday evening at 7 pm OGT or later
- Saturday at 4 pm or anytime later
- Sunday not available
- Monday & Tuesday 8 pm OGT or later

Hum... it is 16.15 GMT & 17.15 OGT... I suppose you have had a problem and will be a now show today.
Would You then be able to play Monday evening at 8 pm OGT or later (= 7 pm GMT or later) ?
