Number Of Tickets for World Cup final Tournament

Cyanide has made official that New Ogham will send Two Coaches in the World Cup Final Tournament.
So Both Finalists of the Play offs tournament will be eligible to claim a ticket.
If 1 or both Finalists elect not to claim one because they would have qualified through public league or via another league they would opt to represent, Ticket will be distributed to semi finalists. In order to prepare for that possibility , semi finalist will play a match to determine 3rd and 4th place.
