I live in California USA so I think that is UTC-7.
The best time for me is at 5pm my time from Monday to Wednesday.

Hi,
I live in Finland, UTC+3. So that's 10 hour time difference for us. Your 5pm is 3am for me. That's not doable for me, especially during work days.
Can you do 9pm (UTC-7) on Friday or Saturday? That would put it to 7am for me on Sat or Sun morning respectively.
Or before mid-day (UTC-7) on Saturday or Sunday?
I have some things on my schedule on Saturday and Sunday, but they should not matter unless you want to play before sunrise.

How about 10am my time Saturday? That would make it 8pm your time
